Andrea Owens has happily called Chapel Hill home since 1999. She is a proud North Carolina native and spent most of her formative years living in Raleigh and Charlotte. She has also lived all across the US. Prior to relocating back to NC, Andrea lived in Portland, Oregon and Fort Collins, Colorado. Andrea’s area of specialty is in Residential and Investment Sales within Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Durham and Chatham County. She is an expert on the communities, the local schools, the neighborhood amenities, and home valuation. She knows what you are going through when you are relocating, whether it is across town or across the nation. Andrea holds a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Maryland and a MA in Speech Communication from Colorado State University. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker HPW in 2001. In early 2005, she joined the newly opened RE/MAX Winning Edge. Andrea was awarded membership into the RE/MAX 100% Club in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2009, she was awarded membership into the RE/MAX Executive Club.
